Return Process

If you're not completely satisfied with your
order, we're happy to accept returns on most
items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please follow these
steps:

1. Contact us: Please contact our customer service team to let us know that you'd like to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

2. Pack your item: Pack the item you wish to return securely in its original packaging, if possible. Please include all original materials, accessories, and manuals. 3. Ship your item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure that the item is well-protected and adequately packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Receive your refund: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure that it's in the same condition as when it was shipped. If everything checks out, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges or restocking
fees.
