At Luisa Maria, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade goods that you'll love. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

For our non-custom items, we offer a 30 day return policy. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that because our custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We understand that ordering a custom item can be a big decision, so we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos to help you make an informed decision. If you have any questions about a custom item before placing an order, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

To initiate a return, please contact us with your
order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
